Meeting with the Partners
During the Green VET Skills kick-off meeting with our partners from Malta, several key activities were discussed and coordinated to ensure an effective and well-structured implementation of the project.
The meeting focused on establishing the project’s operational framework, including the preparation of agendas, invitations and meeting minutes, as well as defining the overall operational plan.
Partners also collaborated on the development of the Communication Plan and the Quality Monitoring Plan, ensuring clear internal communication and continuous monitoring of project outcomes.
To facilitate cooperation between all partners, shared management tools and digital platforms, such as Google Drive, Microsoft Teams and Erasmus platforms, were created and organized.
In addition, the consortium coordinated the Needs Analysis phase, collecting and analysing data gathered in both Italy and Malta to identify priorities and common training needs.
